What is with the navigation of this site? I have much difficulty in moving between threads via the back button on my browser. A message is often displayed that notifies me that "I cannot make another search so soon" when in fact I had made no search whatsoever. It seems that the mere fact of navigating around this forum is causing some sort of disturbance in the force. 
Also, if I should bookmark a particular post within a thread I am not able to return to the proper post. Sometimes it is one post off, at other times the displayed post may be many posts removed from the one I was seeking.
I find myself visiting less and downloading less. There is much good material here but the duplication and splitting of files into such small parts is making it increasingly difficult. Files have no proper screen-shots anymore making it difficult to tell whether or not I already have that file. Combined with the anomalies noted above this site is becoming very unfriendly to the members. Soon there will be nobody left to actually download files and you can all just continue this endless circle jerk among yourselves.
Very frustrated lately.

Like you, and a lot of others, I was having problems seeing pictures. I switched over to Chrome and have had no picture problems since. I still use IE for certain things that don't like Chrome, like my site ripper.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, I had doubts that anyone would address my problems. I am back to using IE Explorer, I used to use FF but am on a backup computer right now.
I too have noted the reversal of the order in some threads but that only seemed to surface recently while the problem with the bookmarks have been ongoing for much longer. This seems to be random, some bookmarked links (I use the little page icon in the header of each post) return me to the proper post while others do not. I'll have to pay closer attention to the circumstances.
There is another 'random' issue that may or may not be related. At times previews (attachments) are displayed properly yet if I should use the back button to go back one page, the images are no longer displayed. I believe that others have noted this irregularity as well.
At any rate, I don't expect you to be able to solve these annoyances but it is noted that someone is at least paying attention.
