Question to Moderator about reply to thread

I have thread started with my replies. I have post with movie in archive with 5 download links to oron. Yesterday one user post reply to my thread the same movie but with his 2 download links to oron. The question is: if somebody have post with movie in archive can I post reply to his thread the same movie but without archive, I mean 1 download link. Is it allow to do this in your forum? I think that is not polite.
