Lookking for part5 of MM-Litit-My First Time

I've downloaded parts 1-4 and 6. I can't find part5 anywhere on the net. Could someone please upload the equivalent of part5 below?

I changed the name of the file host since it would display in red.

On windows explorer, the size of parts 1-4 is 204,800 KB. If I do a "properties" on the files, the size on disk is 209,715,200 bytes.
