The first week i had it, i was getting 450kb per second. Now i get 150kb. Has anyone had this problem or is it just me?

I have noticed that rapidshare is slowing abit. For me depends on the time of the day because I can get anywhere from 50kb/s to 400 kb/s.

Yes time of day makes a big diff and weekends are bad..
