That thread you linked to was from over 3 years ago and it was clearly locked due to the guy posting single pictures over and over. Not to mention linking to another site, which is against the rules.
It's possible that "socballbabe" in on the banned list, but that's currently awol. I suggest you go to the request page and ask there, preferrably with a picture of her and see what happens.
