Why Oron?

As of Rapidshare's departure to the grave this site has become totally worthless to me! What's this ORON business? Is it better to upload your material to MF or another host that allows pararell downloads, unlimited storage etc. I have a free MF account myself and it's just as good as having a Rapidshare premium account!! I haven't noticed any limitations in terms of uploads/downloads. So why ORON? It's just another stupid pay or wait host....

PS. Why ain't I allowed to write the name of the host? Isn't it what this whole site is based on? Without hosts nothing to share. Or do you have some sort of financial agreement with Oron?

Obviousely I haven't read every one of the 20 pages in the thread you referred to but from what I could see most people seem to think that ORON sucks! It didn't answer anything it just made me more confused. But thanks anyway

As I said, there are other hosts that don't rely on points and that offer LIMITLESS uploads and downloads. I just don't see why anyone would rather go back to crap like RS or ORON. MU is okay, but anything is better than ORON!

I was surprised when they started to use oron.

Oron isn't so bad, but invest in My Downloader, the you get access to Hotfile, Oron, DepositFiles and many others.

The nuisance for me is that for some inexplicable reason, my primary uploading host FileFactory is banned here - so I can't post anything. Defies all logic, bearing in mind I know at least one site where FF is the primary host used.

Oron does not have any resellers as rapidshare does in many countries worldwide.

Ive purchased my rapidshare account only souple of days before this forum turned to Oron. All the planned links to download in couple of minutes were destroyed.
Oron sucks.

I have an Oron Premium account, which is supposed to give members unlimited downloads. But after downloading around 10GB, I found I was unable to download any more stuff, despite having three weeks of my membership left.

And downloads count as a whole from the start, no matter if you choose to stop them.
