Posting a request for help finding a movie

I didn't see anything in the rules but I didn't see any other posts in any other forums so thought I'd ask first.

I have a clip of a movie, its about the first 2 minutes of it and I know the movie is about 20 minutes long.

Want to post it and ask if anyone can help me find the rest of the movie, is this allowed now under the new rules?
