i get the countdown, enter the 3 digit code, then all i get is...

Download-session invalid. Please click here.

Possible reasons:

* Download-session expired. Direct-links last a few minutes for free users and a few days for premium-users.
* You requested this download-session from a different IP than yours. If you use AOL, try a different browser.

Am i missing something? (apart from the free porn)

I have received this with the free download section if I take too long to enter in the 3 characters and start the download. There is definitely a timeout and if I get bored waiting the 45 seconds and start doing something else, the session often expires.

Alternatively, it may be a browser/ISP/proxy problem. Rapidshare says to change your browser, disable the proxy server (if you can and if you know what it is), or buy a premium account.

By the way, the premium account really is worth it. Smile

I got rapid get and it asked me to upgrade to newest version now no links work when I paste them in to add files, so having to do it all manually.

Anyone else go this problem?

no the fast tool for downloading/uploading where you just paste in the links in a list and it then does them all in tern for you.

Before I could paste in the link like those given on this site and it would do it all ok, now I cant and I have to visit each link myself opening uploads of browser windows.

A pain in the ass after the ease of use from the version I had before. Maybe it is just me. Silly me thought the updated version would be better not worse.

Not something that any one on here can do about unless it is a simple setting I need to adjust again, I guess I will have to contact rapid share.

Thanks

OK, I just uploaded a file to rapidshare and I've lost the link, is there a way to search for the file?

Nope. Again, if you had a premium account, you could go to the premium section and see all your uploads, their links and how many times they have been accessed. The free ones don't give you that option. Sorry about that. Rolling Eyes

If you will use RapidGet, all your upload and remove links will be saved in a txt file Cool
