from what we can tell the old "Good Samaritan"sold the forum to the new "Good Samaritan". He then decided to make oron the only file sharing option.
this made a lot of excellent posters (like myself) mad and they left the forum or stopped posting.
after much complaining MU & RS were allowed but the damage was done.
and as of a result of allowing oron witch is a spam fest site, rule (b:0) was put in place.
"Spamming is prohibited and you all know that so it is STRONGLY suggested that you don’t update your threads more than 10 times per day. Violators will be punished to the full extent."
rule B:0 was set at 5 sets per day which caused even more problems.
that should catch you up.
