...For RS links i think a link checker bot is sorely needed in this messy aftermath.

Anyone who doesn't know what that is, "link checker bot", need just ask.

Install JDownloader. Built in. Works fine, lasts long time.

I've been told that the software this board is using is too old to add most plugins.

For those who are using FireFox as the browser, there is an addon to install that will draw a line through any links that is not alive.
