Question to webmasters or html people

How to create a thumbnail (link) with screenshot of website (fast) I'm making index of websites with certain issue .... so I need something to do it fast ... may be software or an easy guide to do it ... (html code)
P.S.This is not a field of my knowledge so please keep the jokes for different thread ...

If you use Firefox, there are several add ons, that allow you to make screen shots from websites and save them.

You can edit and upload them afterwards to an image hoster:

Ah, you mean a clickable thumbnail image which refers to a web site or something like that.
