the site was main sharing movies but it did have some porn sets on it.

A total of 7 sites were seized.

A Manhattan federal court issued warrants on behalf of the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York that demanded the closure of seven sites: TVshack.net, Movies-Links.tv, FilesPump.com, Now-Movies.com, PlanetMoviez.com, ThePirateCity.org and ZML.com.

That's weird.. They're not even convicted and already taken down..

It was a judge decision preliminary to the final veredict, in order to avoid increasing a possible indemnization for damages. The Judge gave them a small term to grant a banking guarantee but they not even try to.
