Rapidshare Problem?

Last night I extended my RS prem account for 3 months through their INET-CASH link. I followed their extend your account link.I did go a week and a half with out a prem account, now I have no access to my uploaded files and all my points are gone. Perhaps I should not have let the account expire. I e-mailed support, but I have little faith in a response, hope I'm wrong.

Has anyone had this problem or did I screw up? If I did screw up I should still access to my uploaded files for another 2 1/2 weeks.

Any comments or suggestions?
