what I want is a way to go through this maze thread by thread, but its impossible to know where you've already been. I wish there was a button inside a thread for "next" that would take you to the next post so that you could browse in a completist way. When I use the "back" function, sometimes it scrolls me down to where I used to be, sometimes it doesn't. Bummer.

Do yall have any techniques I don't know about?

Maybe you could try open threads in a new tab, rather than just clicking on them. Just keep the main page as a menu and tab on from there.

I have about 70 bookmarks that I update every time I check a topic, be sure to delete the older link and have some different folders.

And yes, Saetyr is right, always open unknown threads in a new tab.

intense! I started trying to make sure and post in a thread I'm interested in and then going to "view your posts" to move between them

At the top right of the forum homepage after you've logged in you'll see:

View posts since last visit
View your posts
View unanswered posts

I always click on the first one, "View posts since last visit" then open the posts that interest me in separate tabs.
