i always get an error at searching the forum:

You cannot make another search so soon after your last; please try again in a short while.

I'd guess you're not logged on when you're trying to search. Guest can't search (or see attachments), only registered members can.

The message should normally appear if you do another search sooner than 15 seconds after the previous search.
Same timedelay applies for POST and PM.
