wait time for reposting removed links ?

The following situation: another poster posted new stuff with a banned protection service in a shared megathread. A mod removed the link. There is no action from the original poster to correct the link.

How long do I have to wait until I can post the same stuff in the same thread on the same host? Of course without the banned protector. The thread starter hasn't posted in this thread for more than a year.

Is the original poster still an active member making posts in other threads?
If active I would say, PM the orig poster and ask directly.
If not active, then don't keep it for yourself any longer.
Share with an allowed host and/or linkprotector.

Replace the ****** with the username.
Then click in the Profile page on the link "Find all posts by ******"
There you can see when the last time was.
