Once you have a Port Host Name (IP) , then what? I'm not understanding how to use it.

Depends on the browser you're using.

Just google for "how to use a proxy".

You normally will find that options in Tools - preferences sections, advanced (firefox) or connections (IE)... just look in the Network or Lan configurations...
