How do I record a webcam session?

I'd like to know how I can record a Java Webcam Video Chat Session and what program do I have to use for that under Windows XP Home?

Okay thank you! But this only works for WMP and Real Player Streams. I am looking for a recorder for Java streams. Anyone can help? Thank you!

It records MOST video, some video it does not because somehow it's been protected and only shows up as a black screen, however it works just fine with any typical webcam messenger such as Yahoo or MSN. Download the trial and see how you like it, I've had it for YEARS
