But i've build an adult site. but i have no idea how to get the word out?
What do you guys recommend?

Getting a few thousand targeted visits a month to a new adult site and start to make some cash is easy.

But you will need to make sure you the the following in place before you launch.

1. A Wordpress Blog

2. An Affilliate System

3. A Decent Links Page / Network.

Hmmm an Affilliate System, I dont know much about that im afraid but the site is connected to a mysql with everything handled automaticaly. Like memberships and registering. Is this what you mean? Or do you mean looking after re-directs to my site?

A Decent Links Page / Network: You mean an easy to navigate site? Or register a bunch of order domains and re-direct them all to my site?

A Good Amount of Content on Launch.: What kinda of numbers would you like to see on launch? You guys seem to know your stuff better than i do
