Pic/Image Grabbers

Anyone want to recommend a good program to pull off pics from a webpage?? I have searched and most out there want to do the search themselves (Nici) or have problems saying there are no images on a page. Have tried and deleted several trying to use it to pull off all the Jordan Capri pics from

Not really in the mood to get carpel tunnel syndrome for porn.

Lots of my old stuff is in bitmap and I would rather have jpegs, and have in the past opened a bitmap and then force saved as jpeg. Is there anyone who has a suggestion on a mass conversion program to do this for me???

There is Irfanview! Love it, it's free!
It's easy to use.
It can do a lot of things with pictures, movies etc.

There is an option in the file-menu, called "batch converse/rename.
You can select an input-folder (your bitmaps) an output-folder, you can select "converse all" .bmp -> .jpg and press start. Wait. Ready

There's nothing to it really...

Werf, that irfanview is great! Thanks for the tip, it even has a better slide show function than Windows, another thing I was looking to improve on my computer. Thanks to you, I was able to convert a whole bunch of pic from bitmap to jpeg in a matter of minutes, and decided to post them all and dedicate it too you!! Do not know if you like asian girls, but the post is under Sandra Mar in Gallery Post.

back to the initial question:

To grab images, I use some Firefox extensions:

First of all Browse Images.
That gives you a small statusbar icon which gives you the opportunity to open all image links in one tab (the actual one or a new tab).
Also, you can save all images in a tab with one click!

To make Browse Images work in Forumophilia, you'll need to add

to your whitlist (as for php links instead of image links. To get the .jpg back to the end of the file [it also gets lost beccause of stupid php...], you can use flexible renamer)

Another good extension is Flash Got and its make Image Gallery Feature:
To see this working, install it, open tools > Flash Got > Build image Gallery and enter

After these 105 images have loaded in one tab, you can use again the browse images extension to save them all with on click.

Or if you prefer to save only some picture:

Use super Drag and Go!
Just one click, and the image is saved in a preset folder!
