I paid for a one month recurring account for a porn site. My first time. I've downloaded what I want and now am trying to stop the recurring billing. I have over a week to go.

Doing it online I have entered all the required info but get a 106 message when closing the deal.
The massage is transaction not found.

Anyone deal with this @#$%^&*@ before?

I never had used this billing service, but at least it looks serious.
Hope you have some luck by using the helpdesk or the hotline, even an email sent before the deadline should help. Otherwise you have to talk with your bank to cancel the second billing, this should provoke some reaction ...

Yeah some pay-sites, especially those that aren't posting new content or don't expect repeat business, make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription.

As Loui375 said, ask your bank to xcl the rebill or if you don't want to do that you may have to xcl your credit card altogether. The rebill won't go through on the new card.

It was my fault.
2000charge emailed me one or two days later.
They explained to me that the account was not a recurring one. I hope they are right Smile

Edit:
What the hell... Some text showed up here that I didn't write!
A database error?

It just occurred to me to check the site sign-up page.
There is no non-recurring 30 day membership.

PLEASE, NO HOTLINKS TO PORNSITES Sugarman

I just sent an email to 2000charge.

This could be a problem. I don't have a credit card.
I paid from my bank account using Ideal.

edit: 2000Charge emailed me that by using Ideal I can't be re-billed.
That is cool! I will find out if this is correct...

Well I see a moderator changed my last two posts.
He merged them together leaving out part and not sending me even a PM answering my question as to what rule I broke.

A search of the rules for "hotlinks" or "pornsite" shows nothing.

The closest rule for this seems to be 7.

I find hot linking (is that direct linking) in the forum Paysite Reviews, such as
https://www.forumophilia.com/topic80272.html

Hotlinking "direct linking" to any paysite is not allowed, because if you "hot link" it gives website owners a link back to this forum then they can come in and request that their content be added to the prohibited list. Somtimes links get missed as did the one in the thread you referred to(it has been coded now)if you must post a link to a site like that use the code button on the post control panel that way there is no way to trace it back here. Cool

In my original post I did use the
Code:

code

format. I always do for any link in this forum.
I'm sure I did not forget to do that.
So I'm confused about the response to my post.
Sorry to be a bother.

So, as I understand it, it is ok to post a link to a commercial porn site but it must be encased in the B B S code links. Hotlinking or direct linking is not using the "code" wrapper.

I was the one who changed and merged the two posts and sorry, was a little bit in a hurry and haven't had the time to answer.

Haven't seen the link , only the edited post.
It's allowed to post links to paysites like

Code:
http://www.pornpros.com/

as long as you use code tags and don't post referral links or links to FHG/TGP.

And it's allowed to post direct links (=hotlinks) to wikipedia or similar sites:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_hosted_gallery

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thumbnail_gallery_post

To the mods: If you're using some sort of FFX add-ons like I do (Greasemonkey and some scripts), it's possible, that links in code tags become clickable, but nevertheless allowed.
