From my experience, I can say it's merely a myth. Of course, to some extend, it's about what the girl does with the thingie, and how good she is at giving a blowjob, but in general, I don't think the piercing actually makes it better. Sure you feel the piercing while she's licking and stuff, and if that turns you on, it sure is a turn-on, but I don't find it necessarily better.

I don't notice the piercing heightening the experience any. It's more technique then anything else.

dont like it at all. i had a few gfs with barbells in their tongues and i always thought they were better without. it seems to me like you get less flat surface of the tongue on you. its like you get a less intense lick or something. think about it, would you rather have warm, wet flesh touching you or cold, hard steel?
