Australia's government is "banning" adult publications and films featuring women with "small breasts," says Aussie activist Fiona Patten, on the grounds that such images encourage pedophilia. Small breasted adult women have been banned by Australian authorities in an effort to fight c*h*ild pornography. The Australian Sex Party (ASP) said Wednesday that the Australian Classification Board (ACB) is now banning depictions of small-breasted women in adult publications and films. It comes just a week after it was found that material with depictions of females ejaculating during orgasm are now Refused Classification and Australian Customs directed to confiscate it. ASP’s Fiona Patten writes on her party’s website that they are starting to see depictions of women in their late 20s being banned because they have an A cup breast size. Even if you are 18 years old but you look younger, taking a photograph of your breasts and uploading it to the Internet could land you or someone you know in serious trouble.

Hence if you like to see, admire and collect pictures about small breasts, you are a potential c*hi*ld fucker.

Classification Board responds to small breasts ban

"Important Update, 01/02/10: The Classification Board has confirmed that a person’s appearance is used when they determine the apparent age of a model. The ACB’s Director refused to comment on specifics about breast size.

The Australian Classification Board (ACB) has responded to accusations by The Australian Sex Party that material with depictions of women with small breasts has been banned. A spokesperson for the ACB told me today that publications which contain offensive depictions or descriptions of persons who are or appear to be persons [edit for board censor] not over e1ght33n (whether they are engaged in sexual activity or not) must be classified RC.

They said the Board classifies publications on a case by case basis, in accordance with the Guidelines for the Classification of Publications, the Code and the Classification Act and that the Publications Guidelines do not specify breast size.

Female Ejaculation Bans

In response to accusations that films containing female ejaculation would now be banned, the spokesperson said the Film and Games guidelines do not specify female ejaculation, but it does specify that the fetish of ‘golden showers’ will be Refused Classification and have been in the past.

The ACB is yet to answer followup questions about whether it considers female ejaculation to be a golden shower.

The ACB said they do not and could not direct Customs and Border Protection officers to confiscate any material and that Customs and Border Protection have advised that they will only seize material that is Refused Classification or would be Refused Classification if it were to be classified."

In other words, it is a beat-up by the importers of titles such as Barely Legal etc. Australia is a very liberal multi-cultural Country - prostitution is legal and where I work there are over 50 legal brothels within a 30 minute radius where I can (and do) sample pussy from anywhere in the World for a very reasonable rate.

A no comment by the ACB director is basically a confirmation that breast size is a factor in their review process. I just think that if there is authentic documentation that the actors are 18+ then where's the beef? Many countries ban porn from making girls look like they are under 18, but not because a girl naturally looks young. Yeah, every country has its problems, but Australia bans a lot of violent media, and that's government censorship. And now they appear to have banned female ejaculation, and barely legal girls with small breasts. Does the ban include small breasted whores? Do they go into whorehouses and measure each of the hookers?

...but not all of them have an equal measure of common sense. Aussie does have some good laws, but this is not one of them.

This reminds me of an article I read in a local paper, some 12 or so years ago, when I lived in NZ. Apologies if this goes slightly off-topic.
At that time, farmers used to give artificial estrogen to their dairy cows, in order to promote/increase milk production. (I understand this may have been banned now, and my memory is not perfect, so feel free to comment or correct me). The article suggested a link between the artificial hormones, and precocious puberty in [young females]. Girls as young as 9 were entering puberty and starting to develop breasts at that age.
Another (unrelated) article I recall, commented (circa 2000) that the average breast size for a girl in her mid-teens was a 'D' cup. Walking around my home city, I could see girls in their mid-teens, with 'well-developed breasts', which brings me back to the topic mentioned in this thread. Where do you draw the line? There are girls under the age of consent, who have the body of a woman, and older women with perfect small breasts, who look younger. I am totally against p3d0, but this law seems to be targeting the wrong people.

If I were a small-breasted woman I would be filing a class-action lawsuit against the government for this. It absolutely screams of discrimination. It basically says that it is legal for the government, employers, etc. to treat women who APPEAR young as if they actually WERE young, even if they are not. Any decent lawyer should be able to destroy this rule in Court.

We're probably all ranting prematurely: I doubt a law like this would ever get passed as is. There are probably members of their govt with small breasts that will take major issue with it.

In an effort to protect the ch1ldren, they pass idiotic laws that hurt everyone else. There are laws in the U.S. against portraying someone to be under 18 in a pornographic manner (even though they are actually 18+). That makes sense, but banning actresses that are flat chested and over 18 is just plain stupid. Instead of creating idiotic laws like this, they should go after people with actual ch1ld porn and don't bother law abiding citizens with stupid laws like this. Simple, if she's 18+ and is being portrayed to being 18+, then there shouldn't be a problem. Isn't there a state in the U.S. that bans the sale of sex toys to women, or did they repeal that law? There are stupid laws on the books everywhere, but that doesn't mean we have to put up with it.
