Hi,

Is there any storage limit on rapidshare.com for premium customers? I mean we can store maximum 50Gb or 100Gb or ...?
(I am not talking about individual file size limit which is 2Gb for premium customers).

Please let me know...

2GB can be downloaded only by premium members.
Free user are limited to 200 MB.

Storage less than 50 GB: Collector accounts = 60 days file deletion deadline, premium accounts no limit.

Storage 50 GB to maximum: Premium accounts = 60 days file deletion deadline.

Max. Storage: 500 GB as far as I know.
Maybe someone knows the exact limits for collector/premium accounts.

Thanks Ruffy. Does anyone know further details?
Is there also any limitations on the # of files we can store?
On my premium account it says, "You have currently saved 0 of up to 300 copy jobs." ... what does this mean?

Got an answer from rapidshare:

rapidshare wrote:

Account ohne Zeitbegrenzung speichern.

Daten unterliegen
immer der automatischen Löschung.

Translation (only the necessary parts):

Premium accounts can store 10,000 files up to a maximum of 20 TB (so each file can have a maximum size of 2 GB).

Collector accounts can manage 10,000 files (there's no limit mentioned, but I think the limit for a collector accoount file is 200 MB).
Therefore 2 TB possible.

As far as I know, you can't upload files larger than 200 MB with it.

I'll try it later.

No problem.

I'll try the RS manager:

https://www.forumophilia.com/topic87601-30.html#1259829

Edit: Worked fine, uploaded a 285 MB file.

Edit 2: Another answer from Rapidshare:

Rapidshare wrote:

In short:

Max. 10,000 Files (both Collector or Premium)
Collector Account:
Max. File size: 200 MB
Max. Storage Space: 2 TB
Premium Account:
Max. File size: 2 GB
Max. Storage Space: 20 TB

Maximum of 10000 Files, and 2 or 20 TB depending on (downloadable) file-size.
The largest file i could upload is 2048000000 Bytes (and it's stored in a CA). [I don't know if the 2TB maximum in a CA refers to 10k files * 200MB/file or if there is a real limit in storage.]

However, RS seems to block uploading files larger than 200MB with most upload-tools, it worked with the RapidShareManager dead link .

Cool
