Warning??

I see today that I have a warning.

How do I find it? I'd like to know what I did wrong.

I post on other forums and really appreciate the thanks and reps I receive. I'm just trying to support the good posters. I plan on buying the membership to get VIP access. I just need to finish up a couple other existing memberships first. The post count is not so important to me.
