Can't post in any one thread

Hello, I'm new here an I have a little problem.
I would like post e.g. in the PIC POST Forum in any one thread, or maybe in this Forum at the "question for moderators"-thread. For this purpose I am clicking on the related button "new topic" - but what happened? I'm automatically landing in another Forum always at "FUNS STUDIO SITES DISCUSSION:WWW.MYANGELFUNS.COM" - ever!

What's wrong or what am I doing wrong? It seems it's only working correct if I try to post a new topic in a Forum...

Could it be I used the wrong button ? I found its better to use the Button for "post reply" Oh-oh...
