topic no longer available

Could someone shed some light on this subject for me, when you click on the link on the bottom of the page to watch a subject, and you get an e mail saying there has been a reply, well some of the links i have done this with, when i click on the link to see the reply etc, it tells me the thread is not available anymore, ??? totally confused, then if i go search the forum and find it, it opens ok and there doesnt seem to be a problem?????

It might helped us to give a more precise answer if we know what topics you have been watching.
As for a general guessing there has been some topics that has been moved in and out of VIP.
At the time when it's in VIP you will be recieving a message that special acces is needed.
Same message if it's been moved into the other two areas where there is no public acces, MODS BOARD and ADMIN BOARD.
The first one I think is listed in the forum Index, while the second one should only be visible to those who are suppposed to acces it.
