Problem to see a video downloaded with a torrent

I downloaded this video by a torrent, but I can not unpack, here are the files i have. How to do ?

Have you tried to unpack the rar file (see pic)?!?

Looks like a normal rar split file and you should start with the rar file (5a and 5b = two disc version?!?)
Any info can be found in the info file (.nfo). Can be opened with the text editor.

yes i tried but i have this message, i downloaded several time but nothing !
And the files tes-iaygt5a.r30 to tes-iaygt5a.r47 and tes-iaygt5b.r30 to tes-iaygt5b.r48 must be opened with program "DLL commune du shell" !!!!
