Can anyone tell me what it is, in a lot of pics that presumably are from Eastern Europe
or FSU countries, that makes the bathwater look murky, colored, or otherwise unappealing?

By my standards, this looks like a pretty extreme case. But "Marlene" (check 911er's thread
for the whole set of her, it this turns you on Rolling Eyes )seems happy in it. I can tell you that
in the US, if anyone went to a hotel, a friend's house, or anywhere else, and saw a
bathtub filling up with this, they would NOT get in.

And, can people tell, from the coloring, what country or even what city a set of pics was
taken in? Is it sort of like checking the electric outlets, on a wall?

It could be dissolved minerals or sediment if she's in a rural area & using a well.
I still wouldn't drink it, though.

I'm thinking that it might be something added to the water like bath salts. It could be something the photog did to cut down on reflected light or maybe just a artsie fartsie deal. I can't believe that tub would stay that white if the water from the tap was always that muddy.

lol@the dirty feet

the light reflextion thing might be a reason, but still its disgusting and they should know it is. Maybe these sites have low-budget photographer with cheap camera's who cant handle the reflextion.
