Not that I'm advocating censorship, but just interested in how people feel about these sharking videos.

I see them as violent and illegal activity, and personally after having seen a few have no desire to see any more.

Thoughts?

I don't enjoy those vids or find them funny, but I wouldn't ban them, either. Wouldn't you have to ban hidden cams and upskirts at that point as well? Both are also illegal activity (at least where I live), and both expose people unwillingly to the world.

I don't want to see or encourage sharking.
I think of it as attacking women.
Humiliating or physically hurting women is not what I'm looking for.
I do enjoy upskirt. Even more so, the fake ones with good video and lighting.

Most, if not all, of the sharking videos are staged. It is a fantasy that has its place in adult videoland. If it isn't staged, then it is a sex assault and the manufacturer should be prosecuted under existing laws. If you ban videos of illegal activity, then you need to ban all videos of crime such as murder mysteries and movies with speeding cars. Leave the fantasy vids alone please.

interesting the comment about the staged clips - can anyone add any more info? The reactions look very real, and most people are not that good an actor. This I know from experience in the field.

Staged just like the strippers they hire to walk around the mall in a short skirt while they follow them around.

Yep I agree they're completely staged. If they weren't I'd think there'd be some compelling evidence for lawsuits.

There is a 53 second video clip out there which looks like it was filmed at some large gathering, really poor quality.

But the crowd grab one chick and strip her naked and put her up on a stage which has a large video screen behind it so every one can see.

You can clearly see this chick is mentally freaking out , she even runs off stage and cowers in a corner, but the crowd grab her again and put her back up on stage.

The clip then cuts to a second chick being striped, and put up on stage, she looks frozen with fear. The crazy thing is most of the people who are there seem to not know what the fuck is going on!

Anyway, the shit looks real to me and fucked up. Rough staged porn is one thing, but this kinda shit is a little over the mark!

Not in Japan.

I stand corrected then. Wow, I wish I were a lawyer in Japan then - easy money one would think.

In most country there are laws against - sharking...its called assault, and in this case can be interrupted as sexual assault. It just has to be en****.
