As MDR said, a ban could be temporary or infinite (forever) depending on how many and how severe your rulebreache(s) was/were.
But let me ask you a question: I'm a bit surprised that this case is so important for you. Most of the rules concern posting habits (use of pic- or filehosters, the site from which the posted stuff is from). As long as you are just surfing the forum, you are more or less "safe" from a warning or ban.
If you want to post something, i suggest you first read the rules and then start posting and we will see if everything is ok. No mod will use the Guillotine in your first posting

I did not speak very good English, i am use an online translator to talk to here, so I find it difficult to understand the rules.
I had a profile that was banned for receiving a third call, admit the error because the image repeated several times and I only see some
minutes later, so I used the edit to delete the photos and then repo it, but how was I went to bed early to the other day. When I again saw that access had been banned. So I wonder how long since wanted to solve the problem.
