500 Internal Server Error

i got 500 Internal Server Error

edit:it's something in my post,what cause the problem,i'll try find what is it

edit2:got it,the message was just too long...

Too long messages or too large attachments causes the '500 Internal Server Error'. The limit seems to be 9 kB approximately.

The 500 error appears when I click Add Attachment after selecting
the preview with Browse

Angelina is 190 kB *.jpg , output by Media player Classic
Kitty is 241 kB ,

In a previous post I uploaded this 130 kB preview

What humlan wanted to say, is, that we have a server problem and you can't attach pics or edit large posts.

The problem started one month ago when people couldn't attach images to their posts any more. Later it turned out you couldn't edit/post too large messages either - and that's what the topic starter asked about. zetk had to split his message into two posts.

I've experimented with posts/attachments with different sizes and come to the conclusion that 9 kB is the limit. When the post exceeds that limit you'll get the '500 Internal Server Error'.

Hopefully this is just a temporary problem. A repaired server would get everything back to normal.
