Problem: After the code in the download page has been entered and a continue window has been initiated, you are sent back to the enter code again and no download is taking place.
EDIT: Could also happen that you are getting just a green tick and no download. What ever strange behaviour, try the solution.
This happens for RS Premium holders.
If it also happens to Collectors I don't know, but if it does I assume the procedure is simular.
What is needed to be done is changing an RS setting.
Top part of the image shows the view of the Premium section.
There is a line reading.
