Which are the countries/cities producing the most of the stuff?

Russia,Budapest,Prague,maybe?

If you want to go on a sex tour, just google "sex tours" and the country you want to go. Most likely, you will find way inflated prices compared to going there by yourself and hanging out in the red light district.

and especially the serie "Tropical" who is made in Bora Bora i think for the last 4 years
so search in what island there they product and go although it must be expensive
