Strange shaped penises in porn....?

This may be a weird question, but has anyone else noticed that there are a bunch of guys in porn who seem to have very thick penises and seemingly crazily disproportionately small heads? Almost as if the head belongs on a penis a couple of inches smaller! What the heck is up with that? Is that the result of surgery of some kind? It is one of the many things that I notice that make me go "Huh??" or "wtf?!".

I've noticed that too at times. I don't know why in the fuck it's like that. It is kind of odd though.

Ive noticed this before and i reckon its to do with some type of injection (silicon maybe) because i remember seeing on a tv show that it cant be injected into/under the head of the penis. Also i have seen the same guy with a thinner penis in a different photo shoot

im 90% sure this is why.

i was going to try something similar and inject custard into my penis, but my wife said she wouldnt let me cause she would be fucking dis-custard
