I'm seriously thinking to start a new video thread titled "screencaps from nowhere", then go on posting my LJ material there, simply avoiding to declare the source.

When the screen capture is well made, LiveJasmin can not prove that the recording comes from their sites, since there is no titles, no watermarks, no logos, no copyright notices in the video frames.
The video source could be a cell phone as well as skype, MSN or Yahoo messenger videochat, in a private session.

Can't you see how weak are their reasons?

i've started up a new camgirls thread for anyone interested. just make sure you don't request livejasmin clips or post any - if you've captured the girls on other sites that aren't prohibited, i've been told that it's fine.
