Login from Firefox problem! solved! thank you!

Hi I have a problem on login from my firefox to here?
I can log in from my IE. but not from my Firefox.
When i have typed in my username and password and hit the submit button, i came to the index page, so i thought i was inside, but it says iam not logged in.
Could you please help me?

From the "Tools" menu, choose "Clear Private Data or press Shift+Ctrl+Del.

Hopefully this will show up.



Check the boxes you want to clear.

Thank you! I tried that, ut it didnt work!
Ihave tried to login by Firefox sometimes, i dont now if their is a limit for how many times you can login ?
i cant understand this.
iam a member to some other forums to, and i had not any problem to login via my firefox.
Do you have any other suggestion?

That's a serious problem. Everyone has the right to access forumophilia even with firefox (which is recommended)

So i would advise you to not only clear your cache but also remove the cookies. When you log-in a cookie is set that's valid for about two or three hours. After that time you have to login again.
Maybe think of upgrading your firefox to the latest version (see under "help" -> "check for updates"). Don't worry, updating doesn't affect your bookmarks or anything else.
Or try deleting all your personal data (except maybe your saved passwords) if that doesn't help.

I can only agree with Loui375. Try his suggestions and tell us if it works.

Now it works. I had to translate cookies to norwegian, to understand what cookies was on norwegian word "infokapsler" is the norwegian word on cookies. my firefox is on norwegian you see. hehe

He..he..Infokapsler what a Word ! In german we use the Word Cookies too,there are no special german Word for it..

HEHE! it is all this diffrent technical words that i have to find a forum on Norwegian, and maybe they have the right technical words on Norwegian!
I think they could just use the engelish universal words on this diffrent technical words. iam more dizzie after i have finding out what it means!
But when they have used a word like "infokapsler! i can think what it does,
The word "cookies" do i not understand what it does. My thoughts goes to "brownies and some good desserte!

The word "infokapsler" when i translate directly to engelish
1 you have the word "info" = Is a short word for "information.
2 you have the word "kapsler"= its "capsules" or just one "capsule"

So to translate the hole word to engelish is"informationcapsules".

But it is just to search on google and find some forum that have information on the translation.
It is not so very hard to find it infact.
