ok, asking stupid:
how possible high would be the winning chance for a free-streaming cam-porn internetsite owner, if he decides to sue a forum that hosts links of videos to that site, accessed freely from the site itself?
--- im no lawyer, but im sure no court or lawyer would take this case even serious.

its one thing to be a gentleman and dont allow that vids here (even though this is already too much to ask for in my opinion, as the girls decided to be known to the world "how god they created", when they started to work there), and another to forbidd aswell the girls that have no problem with their shows being recorded.

i mean after all: this is the internet. members just share here in this thread with each other, what is already free and most easy to be seen by everyone on the internet= recorded videos of a public internetsite.

and as the thread seems to have such a huge fan community, it would be necessary for the admins, to at least explain their members that there was really no other way but to delete the whole thread, but also to suggest other possibilities to "corner" the "wish(?)" of that (im veeeeery sure) honest and law-versed owner(s) of that camsite.


so: this forum "lives" by its members.
whats the sense of this forum anyways, if people are restricted that much, even in recorded free-to-access camsite videos?

if the forum is lead by people who just want to give others a platform to share their "goods", then why making it so hard to do this, and not fighting to find a suggestion?
if this forum is lead by money greedy people who earn by the advertisements, then: members come to see camsite vids. why making it so hard to access those? and banish and disappoint the ones that contributed so long and much without even a forewarning?


im sorry for complaining and being complicated and maybe sounding offensive, but i think i wrote out what maybe most people might think now, when they dont find the thread any more, in which they contributed much and long.

Sounds to me like SF is trying to sweep the mess under the rug so no one will notice what is really going on there

I'm not surprised that SecretFriends has been banned here. Any site or studio owner must expect some piracy, and maybe a little piracy is good advertising, but they have to draw the line somewhere.
I might irritate some of the SF thread contributors by saying this, but this is how I see it. Few people in that thread made any effort to disguise the names, making it very easy for google to find them. Some girls seemed to have many (perhaps most) of their shows posted. That is going to piss them and their studio bosses off pretty quickly. Such prolific piracy is authoring a more rapid demise. I'm sure if some moderation of volume and effort to disguise the content had been made, then the thread would have lasted longer.

sure i know. but this was by far a bigger thing than some tiny, almost unknown cam-site.
piratebay is an international world wide known (THE most known) and used torrent tracker. and torrent trackers itself are very much under surveilance, cause waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay much more money is getting lost by the huge concerns all over the world. they of course search for every possibility to stop torrent trackers itself. and they have the money and they can afford the knowledge for this, even on international politics level (as happened to pirate bay).
money rules the world. shit enough and pathetic display of the country leaders itself.

and no, if the sf site WOULD win this law thingy, it would take 100 years.


and to give right to the person that posted below me: u, the admins, should have done a better job with this thread. i mean it seems it was some kind of visitor magnet. u seem to not care much about ur visitors, or u are too lazy to try to find better solutions. mixing of both i guess.
