But if you don't mind sharing, you'll get to know the beautiful and enigmatic Kari. However, in the world of The Roommate, things are rarely quite what they seem. The Roommate is meant to be less "linear" than many other games and there are factors outside a player's control that may affect the path the story takes. And you don't get to shag your mom (or your sisters), but there are plenty of other fish in the sea...

I've already summarized much of what you can expect in this release, so I will leave you to discover the rest for yourselves.
There is one possible issue I'm aware of. An event that kicks off Bree's backstory (her "accountant" paying her a visit) didn't get flagged properly in a much earlier build and effectively repeats itself in this build as I never figured out a way to detect it retrospectively.
If you were playing from scratch that wouldn't occur, but it's one of those things where the following events wouldn't make sense if you hadn't seen this. So apologies if this gives rise to a sense of deja vu!

You are a young man that just finished college with nothing to do. Your reclusive uncle George finally decided to go back into the world, leaving for a long vacation of a few months and offering you the easy job of house sitting for him while he is away. You jump at the opportunity to earn some easy money and live in a new place, one last period of fun and parties before real life starts. You visited him a few more times when you were younger but lost touch with everyone you knew there. As soon as you approach the town line, you recognize a young girl named Riley and quickly renew your friendship with her. She is in a bad spot at the moment so you offer her a temporary place to stay in exchange for showing you around and introducing you to her friends... You soon meet her best friend, the spontaneous Lilly, her step sister, the evil Heather as well as a bunch of other people, each with their own story and unique personality.?
Episode 12
This Episode brings Harper’s ending along with her special sex scene, you can only access them if you have her story line, otherwise the game will just skip this content and keep the story going. As usual it’s optional, so you can decide not to end the game with her if that’s what you wish.
Episode 12 also brings a sex scene with Maddison and the advancement of that relationship, if you’re unsure how to access it, try consulting the walkthrough provided in the downloads folder.
Also, an “unlocked endings” gallery has been added to the main menu, here you can replay the special sex scenes of each girl that you have unlocked an ending with. It’s still a work in progress so expect changes and improvements to it. So far it does the job so I decided to deliver it in this Episode.
The end of Episode 12 also brings us closer to Emma’s and Chloe’s ending, which will be delivered in Episode 13. I don’t want to bore you with all the details, I’ll let you play the game for yourself without any more spoilers.
